I am a big fan of the All Star Squadron by Roy Thomas and especially liked the issues drawn by Rich Buckler and Jerry Ordway. Jerry did a nice Liberty Belle iPod piece a few years back, Recently I commissioned him to do a full on All-Star Squadron commission, with Liberty Belle as Per Degaton prisoner in his laboratory and Johnny Quick, Firebrand, Robotman, Atom breaking in to rescue her. Jerry just finished it, blew me away, exceeding my expectations.

This is one of the coolest commissions that I've seen him produce!

Not too much to share, Joe. I go up to the comic art con once or twice a year to see the fellas, mostly, and slowly but surely keep adding to my collection of John Byrne pages. From time to time I will buy other stuff from other guys, usually Anthony, but not this time. Instead I simply got this page and a skecth portfolio from Anthony. However, I should be in Baltimore Sunday with my family. Jim and Fred will be there too (maybe more).
