Fred, that Faustus/Spider-Man battle page is....amazing!
I owned that issue (yes, past tense, regrettably...sold it), and read it many times. It's been a few years, but that page had been burned into my psyche.
The first comic I remember getting was Amazing Spider-Man 149, another classic Andru book....that I literally read the cover off of...(that, I have...hard to sell without a cover. Doubt I would, anyway...)
So, I have a soft spot for that era...

Lastly, I can never thank Jim Warden enough for every thing he does with all things comic art! Oh, and there is that John Byrne guy.

Is that something JB signed at a later date? The signature doesn't match the vintage of the art to my eye.
I love that lift fist.
