Geez, does George Perez even know how to spell the word 'sketch'?

Yes he does and what Bill posted is definitely not a sketch. That's a commission. Lots of examples of George's con sketches in this thread.

Your right Joe. George's sketches are referred to as "Quickie" sketches now. Generally done in a few minutes with a sharpie. His commissions are another thing all together. Previously posted.

And one last one for the week, some characters you'll recognize, some you won't. Ha! :

Adam Warlock by G.W. Fisher.
A Jon Bogdanove Superman piece from 2000, my first commission.
Jon drew the Beast for someone behind me, and I watched him as he drew that piece and mine. It was an utterly fascinating experience to watch the man work. His brother was at his booth, and he and my dad talked for over an hour. Apparently, they are both Jewish Brooklynites who went to the same camp as kids. Small world!
The Beast piece can be found HERE, for those interested. Now that was fun to watch! He sketched it out and then flipped the page 180 degrees, and then proceeded to fill out Beast with his marker. My young mind was blown!
