I have found myself falling more and more for pages that are missing
knock-down-drag-out battles.

-----

I'm the same way, Fred, I mostly buy pages that have either an interesting story point (that almost always isn't a fight scene) or, more often, faces that catch my eye.

Nice Steranko Batman, Ari. Because of my youth I always think of the Atlanta Fantasy Fair, my first convention, when I see Steranko. I actually love the fact he covered the face because you almost NEVER see an artist do that these days, but it is synonymous with the character.

Thanks Eric.  Jim was really happy with the way it turned out, and I agree Batman should hide from the light.  it is the perfect image for me.

No too new but I thought that I would share.  It hangs in my office at work.

Superman by Steve Rude done at WonderCon back in the 90's.

I have a nephew who is a framer. This one was done "museum quality".  The family discount doesn't hurt!

This is my first time resizing a photo. Apologies ahead of time if I get it wrong!

Marshall Rogers done waaaay back in 91 at a pooly attended con in Long Beach California.  He was a very nice guy. We talked for about an hour as he sketched comissions.

Also framed by my nephew, Sam.  It also hangs in my office at work.

Hawkman by Steve Lieber and Superman by Joe Staton.  Staton's is a sentimental favorite as I loved his work on Superboy in the Superman Family dollar comic when I was a kid.

These are in my office too- as you can tell it's a slow Friday lol
