I thought this sentence from her decision was interesting:
"If the political branches wish to grant the Attorney General power to appoint Special Counsel Smith to investigate and prosecute this action with the full powers of a United States Attorney, there is a valid means by which to do so."
That seems to imply if the Justice Department doesn't successfully appeal, the same case could be filed by a U.S. Attorney, and there would be no grounds for dismissal.

The Supreme Court has refused to delay Trump’s sentencing until after the election.
On September 18, he will be sentenced in his NY criminal case.

He’s absolutely correct. But it’ll go in one ear and out the other.
I’m especially glad he played the Harris/Walz speeches there at the end.
Magnificent. They’re both skilled, educated and gifted orators and their
energy is infectious.

This is real. The person who wrote these words was actually the 45th president of the United States. Republicans actually want this man back in the White House, and actually look down on the majority who understandably do not.

Trump and other MAGA conspiracy theorists are claiming a photo of the crowd in front of Kamala Harris’ Air Force Two is “fake” and “there was nobody there”. The crowd was real, (There’s actual video.)
By posting all these hateful, incoherent messages, he’s just making a fool of himself.
Hope he keeps going.
