Judge Cannon dismisses classified documents case
No one is going to sit back and accept this decision. Jack Smith’s Team will appeal.
This finally gives them an opportunity to seek her removal from the case.

This case was never going to be tried before the election, so while I'm not surprised at this ruling, I'm sure it will be appealed, but it will be moot if Trump wins in November.
Doesn't take away from the fact that he illegally took those documents and obstructed justice as well. The funny thing is that his followers don't care one bit that he did it, tried to cover it up and some of his own people flipped on him.

It's a delaying tactic, which is all Trump really needs from her. Between Cannon and the Supreme Court, there's no way this will be going to trial before November.

JD Vance, who called Trump “America’s Hitler” and a “cynical asshole,” and said that any American would have to be an “idiot” to vote for him, has been selected as Trump’s running mate. He doesn't help Trump expand his base... and doesn't help him appeal to new voters.
They WILL lock up the white alpha male vote.

No, she's a cynical opportunist who's providing political favors from the bench, and no doubt expecting payback if Trump is re-elected. I can imagine a scenario where Thomas or Alito retires and Trump appoints her to the SCOTUS, where she can could continue to pervert justice for the next 40 years.
