JB - I was shocked myself when I saw the box. Villain? Really? I almost came on here to ask if he was a villain, but then I realized the only Etrigan stories I've read are the original Kirby ones and if I didn't gather he was a villain from that, as far as I'm concerned that's the end of the discussion.

Three additions to the Ame-Comi Heroine series are listed in the releases in September from DC Direct.

Hawkgirl

Power Girl

and Supergirl.

Well, that Hawkgirl is super cute. I usually hate these things, and Hawkgirl too, but this is sexy and cool.

I just spent a decent time going through this entire topic. Quite interesting to say the least. Loved the Sideshow Collectibles Red Skull and many other fine pieces.

There seemed to be very little discussion on the classic Dr.Doom statue released by Bowen Designs. What did everyone think of this piece?

Also, JB if you're out there. Was this Dr. Doom worthy of being placed on display with your other pieces?  Just wondering if there is a Dr. Doom statue that you actually liked.

I can't make up my mind if that Hawkgirl is having trouble lifting her mallet or if she's holding it like a cricket bat ?

She has to be holding it like a cricket bat. There can't be a problem lifting it; it's made of Nth Metal, which means it's really light. *I* could lift it and I'm willing to bet Hawkgirl is stronger than me!

Once again my knowledge of Comicbook Trivia is useful!

Again, a nice Hawkgirl that actually improves on the costume design. For once.

I know JB enjoys finding WW stuff. I kind of like the elegance of this WW. And the "sharp" features might be more properly "Greek"?

I dig this Grundy, even if he's a little bit too Hulk. Still pretty nice. Both of these are part of a "DC Online" series. Jim Lee designs.

That Wonder Woman statue will be mine!  Some minor quibbles, but overall one of the nicest pieces I've seen of the character.

I'm kinda regretting not ordering that Wonder Woman statue...

I'm getting the Kotobukiya one, and the battle armored version in the Cover Girls series. Do I really need a third Wonder Woman statue this year?

Yes. Yes I do. Especially since I can't collect the comic anymore since it has the taint of JMS on it.

Time to get on that, to make sure I get one!
