Wonderful Sandman and Vulture statues, though a bit steep for me right now.

Sandman is outstanding, but Blob is terrible. He looks like a pouty little kid.

While a nice sculpt, that Sandman looks a little too beefy.

Plus, if he can morph the shape of his body, couldn't he be as beefy -- or non-beefy -- as he chooses?

By beefy, I mean very muscular.

I always think of the character like on the cover that JB posted.

And congrats on the 2500th post, Thom.

"That Blob doesn't seem to capture the character for me. Looks kind of feminine."

Hmm, looks like an easy conversion to Big Bertha or Pink Pearl....

San Diego Comic Con exclusive 19" Galactus.

Supposedly the retail version will be boxed, but why bother. Worst...Galactus...EVER!

The figure sculpt is really good, but that head is frustrating. Why would they choose to go SO off-model?
Did Jack Kirby and John Byrne get it wrong all this time? Rrrrr.

The pathetic thing about that Galactus is that it's the SAME ONE from Marvel Legends series 9 that came out years ago... and they changed the head just to make it different!
