I once had a figure fall off the top of a DVD shelf outside my bedroom door in the living room, and I stepped on it in the morning when I got out of bed.

It probably travelled about 8 feet, from a 4 foot drop. I can't figure out how it rolled that far, but it chills me to this day...

Also, during one of Phoenix's many resurrections this past decade, she came back with the white outfit. Something about her soul now being "pure" or somesuch. I can't say for sure - this was right about the time I went cold turkey on the X-books, and I was just buying them on autopilot, not really caring enough to pay much attention to what was going on inside the books.

No idea if the folks that put that together realized that Cockrum had intended it to be white all along.

They have battles when everyone else is asleep. Everyone knows that.

I wonder how much scrubbing it takes to remove the stains left by casually annihilating billions of sentient beings?

It was Claremont who introduced the "White Phoenix" in one of the Classic X-Men backups. I think Morrison was referencing that story when he used her in his run.

Didn't this happen again when Ms. Marvel had her costume redesigned during later issues of her first book, where Cockrum had it originally white, but then had to recolor it black?

For and action figure, it's pretty good. I particularly
like the base with the X-Mansion rubble and Colossus' hand.

Why is Marvel doing so many figures with the ugly ball socket in the legs/hips area?

They've already done a very similar Magneto before with a Sentinel base.
