I'm pretty sure this is the only instance of Kirby drawing Howard the Duck (from the 1977 Marvel Comics Calendar):
For that matter, a Kirby Conan is relatively uncommon also, though he did draw the cover of GS Conan #5.

I really like Kirby's take on these Timely heroes!  I would have loved a Kirby LIBERTY LEGION book!

I believe this is the only time Ditko drew Superman for publication (from Superman #400):
