Question regarding the previous few pages: with Wolverine already knowing Cyclops' real name and Cyclops seemingly aware of Wolverine's reversion, is it safe to assume that Xavier brought everyone up to speed telepathically?

"... for those who insist on getting their ELSEWHEN from those other sites, and so miss out on the discussion here.

Still don’t understand why people resist coming to the source!"

++++++++

It's a selling point worth noting that I doubt is stressed when Elsewhen is promoted. Who else is producing monthly content that you can comment on as it is being produced daily (truly a kind of a social media comic) with response from the creator?

I did a general search of combinations of "X-Men", "John Byrne" and interestingly, "Elsewhen". The results may inform you and your webmaster (or whatever they are calling that title these days) as to challenges that remain and work left to do.

Outside of that, arguably Elsewhen's other main selling point is its creator. Awareness still comes down to good ol' fashion promotion, which means "polluting" your presence outside of this silo with periodic blurbs, "appearances" and announcements, most appropriately when new storylines are imminent. Might be time to give Elsewhen its own Twitter account just for that purpose.

I'm sure these tactics have been tackled in the past with varying results, but sometimes it's a matter of making it a regular practice.

Mr. Byrne you are giving me palpitations! Nightcrawler's safety, Doom & Magneto, Jean/Phoenix, and now those pesky Sentinels are back?! Not to mention I am still cringing at Wolverine being stampeded to a pulp, even if he did get "better". I need to go lay down..

Does Cyclops see individual colors or is everything he views (with or without his visor) a shade of red?

Oh, no! Wallace got hold of the opener for the can of worms!

As long as I’ve been associated with the character there have been people who troubled themselves over the practical matters of Scott’s eyes. Big question being, with energy constantly pouring OUT of his eyes, how does light get IN?

This was one of those questions that, for me, needed to be filed in the same folder as the Thing’s missing pinkie fingers and how Spider-man could cling to walls with gloves and boots on. The title on that folder would be DON’T ASK!

Reminding me once again of a tale from the early days of Concorde.

The planes were losing money every time they flew, so a committee was formed to find ways to balance the books. Simply cutting spending seemed not to be enough.

Then someone had a brilliant idea. A questionnaire was given to passengers, asking about the various services. One asked what a ticket cost. Since most flying were businessmen whose secretaries booked the flights, they had no idea what they were being charged. Most guessed MUCH more than the tickets actually cost. So BOAC raised the price to match what their customers thought they were paying, and a lot of the red ink disappeared.

Isn't there a name for that kind of comic book question? I remember a buddy of mine asking how they knew that ruby quartz could hold in/hold back Scott's blasts. They just DO ... on to the story!

A worm for every pot!

I think my query was more of a fun question than something like asking how Cyclops can see, but... Perhaps not. I have heard some I find troubling though... Like readers asking whether or not Ben's trunks have anything in them. (If I'm not mistaken, an FF writer actually had Johnny comment on that in a story.)

There are a lot of fun plot threads going on here, but Wolverine saying "Play along Summers. This babe has a temper." is 100% pure gold.

On the subject of Wolverine’s recovered memories, I don’t think there’s any reason to assume they wrote over the past few weeks since the brain fry.* He’d still know who everyone is. Tho he would not know Jean as Phoenix.
