Tis Thor, Sif and the Warriors Three!

Awesome!!!!

Man, I was excited to see Thor throw down with the X-Men but now he's got Asgardian backup! This is even better! 

I can't wait to see where this all goes!

For those looking for history: Issue #19 has the Alt-X-Men mentioning they killed the FF & Avengers, #20 shows the destroyed Avengers Mansion (with a comment that at least 9 members bodies were found), and #21 has Thor coming after them.  I figure giving a quick shortcut to find the core of what this is about isn't a bad thing, if it is I'll gladly erase my comment and avoid 'editor comments' like that in the future (were those by the editor or the writer normally?).  It was fun looking back to see if I remembered right.  I thought it was around #19 this started (mentions of the Avengers being killed by Magneto's team) and surprisingly I was right.

Fun thinking in my mind about who'd have been on the Avengers at that time as no Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, or Beast obviously, and equally obviously Thor was not there for that battle.  But I figure anything beyond that lands under speculation thus forbidden.

Today's page looks like something I could see someone wanting as a commission (have Thor attack the mansion with the Warriors 3 and Sif), so much fun to have it in a story.  Logically a battle like this would end with our X-Men turned into puddles of blood, but luckily the story depends on the author.  Lots of fun to see as I doubt Elsewhen: Puddles of Blood would be a storyline anyone would read.

Going back to the Sentinel storyline, now I can probably see why JB did not include Thor with the Avengers in that story. He would had tilted the advantage too much in our heroes favor.

The heroes needed to work hard for that victory!!!
