Folks, there are only two appropriate places for speculation:
- between your ears - when surrounded ONLY by people who want to hear your speculation (not the "general populace")

JB's use of multiple figures to show growth/movement always looks cool.

Phenomenal *fix* to Claremont's character assassination. He would have no choice but to tip his hat & offer a grudging: "nicely done."

What an incredible way to fix an annoying character retcon.
Thank God you don't have to approach Scott and Emma - That ranks as THE most annoying thing ever to happen in comics for me.

WOW! I suspected things were headed this way, and still I'm blown away! Such brilliant delivery. I am so grateful for you, Mr. Byrne. Thank you for continuing to share your gifts.

Nice page. Logically fits with what was written before Elsewhen. Keeps the 'Xavier is an arrogant near villain' too with his need to try to control a child. Given how evil Magneto became one could see trying to ensure that doesn't happen by any means necessary but fooling around with a persons mind is dangerous, unethical stuff. Which again fits with old Xavier who let the X-Men think he was dead for a stretch and did other cruel stuff to them.
As others are saying please don't let fans influence you unless you see something you like to fill a hole (like with Next Men/2112 as I recall). No mess like DC did when fans guessed Captain Atom was going to be the big bad in a storyline and they last minute changed it (totally illogically) to Hawk iirc (Armageddon 2001 I think). Killed the storyline for no reason other than to say 'see you were wrong'. If this was published as a comic book all the speculation would've been irrelevant as it would've been between pages.
Again, thank you for this amazing series. Looking forward to the next page.

SON OF A BITCH! That's all I had to say at the first reading of today's page. That works so well that I wish it were the truth and I'll accept it that way.
As for the art... always superlative, always better than the previous page. And now, I cannot even speculate where this story is going! What a fun and wild ride!
