Glad to hear you stayed safe, and things are getting back to normal. Thanks for taking the time to keep us informed. Anticipation will make it sweeter once we see the pages!

Now all my internet connections are down, except on my iPhone. Typical of my “provider” on the computer I get error messages suggesting the problem is all at my end. After trying several of these suggested fixes, I called the service number and got a recording basically saying “yeah, everything is out. we’re working on it.”Would have been nice if that was the first error message, so I didn’t waste my time!

Wait---did your power-problems start after Strom threw her blast at Dark Phoenix?
Just checking--- This is all fantasy, right John...Looks suspiciously at his copy of the Trial of Reed Richards that seems to have some dude called John Byrne in the actual story...

I’m curious — with the power out, how are you recharging your phone? It was one of the biggest pains for me when we lost power in the past... I guess we ended up using the car... but maybe there’s a better way to do that now?

Ah! Thanks! I actually just added that to my original question.
I was wonder if there’s some sort of solar charger available these days...

They do make 'em, Nathan -- but I can't vouch personally for their effectiveness.

Extra fun: even tho the problem is with the provider, an error message pops up on my screen about every three minutes, informing me that my coaxial cable is not properly connected. Makes for a frustrating experience, trying to do such work as I can on the computer. :-ppppppp

Today's IT seems designed to keep "the masses" busy chasing their own virtual tails.
