So, JB, can we ask how many "issues" of this you have in the drawer?

       | IIRC, Susan Richards not only has the ability to create force-fields of her own, but also to "un-create" fields generated externally. | | |
 I don't think I knew that! :-O

JB, do you have a colour in mind for these newest Sentinels?

Sue can make the invisible visible, but I don’t recall her manipulation of force fields not her own.

No, I don't remember a case of that happening in one of your stories, John. The first time I saw it was in a FF annual from before your run on the book, where they were teamed up with Crystal and trying to rescue the rest of the Inhumans. The bad guy had put a force field around Attilan, and there were a few pages of Ben, Johnny, and Crystal trying and failing to blast through it. Then Sue stepped up, made a speech about how she can create and un-create force fields, and got them through.
However, based on your comment, I guess this isn't how the current story is going to go. Fair enough. It was kind of a big deal when she did it in Attilan -- she had to stand there concentrating for a while, and there was an energy feedback that knocked her on her butt... so that ability might not have come in all that useful in fighting these Sentinels anyway.

A-ha, found it! The scene I was thinking of was from FF Annual #12 from 1977. Sue "uncreating" Thraxon's force field is mentioned in the plot synopsis for chapter 2:

Wow, that synopsis is painful to read. No wonder I seem to have banished the issue from my memory.
