Thank you. I felt the same way about the real inkers that have worked on his pencils over the years.

Issue 6 page 8. JB has a knack for making superheroes heroic just standing around! Also, for some reason, I think I see shades of George Perez on this page - probably because it's the Avengers

I appreciate a subtle technique you’ve adopted lately for your reflective surfaces; the white cross strokes are nifty when used sparingly.

Thanks Marc - I keep trying new things to see what works. Some do some don't!

The close-ups are great.  You would know in a second, from just that hand, that this was Mr. Byrne's work.

Ugh! Somebody's using a comic font with the CAPS LOCK on!

Serifs on the letter I are to be used only when the letter is itself upper case, as in India or Isabella. Even if the word in question is the beginning of a sentence, it's best to avoid serifs on the likes of "It" or "Imagine" etc.

That would be an error. I know the rule but missed it. When a word starts a new line with “i” the program defaults to upper case. I have to manually toggle to lower case in these instances. Wasn’t aware it was doing that.
Fixed it.

For which much thanks!

This is a real thorn in my paw, as you may know, and it has become worse and worse since comicbook fonts have allowed typists to think they are letterers.

I see so much stuff online where someone haas obviously hit the CAPS LOCK, nor realizing comic fonts have their own "upper" and "lower" case. See it with J, too.

Yep. I just didn’t realize IOS applies auto capitalization universally. Now I’ve disabled it and have to retrain myself to hit shift when I MEAN to capitalize a word.

This may sound weird, but something about Marc Thompson’s inks over JB, reminds me of Wiacek over Paul Smith.

I like the effect. There is an economy of line that works well.
