I, for one, agree that we should get along. Read the thread I linked to. JB states that he redid his deal with IDW so as to have no more deadlines. Maybe, just maybe asking him for release dates puts the pressure on him that he is trying to escape after many years in the business. I think he deserves the consideration to stop asking about release schedules. The books will be out when he is finished. They will only be officially announced and solicited when he is finished. If that is four months, four years or somewhere in between it is JB's call. In the meantime he is giving us a few art updates to keep us happy and current with what he is working on. I am done helping derail this thread. Please enjoy your TRIO discussions.

I couldn't "wait for the trade" to read TRIO! Leigh, have you considered
buying the individual issues and then giving them away (or selling them)
when the TPB is released? That's my plan.

-- on a comic related note -- I liked the "no dialogue" comment another poster made about COLD WAR -- any chance of more of that in CW2 ?•• If it fits the scene. I used that approach in the first issue of COLD WAR mostly because there were several different languages being spoken, and it seemed "silence" would be less confusing than multiple variants on <this kind of thing>.

I'm loving TRIO as individual issues and I plan to buy the tradepaperback collection too. Of the alternate covers I only managed to find issue #1, so I 'm gonna enjoy 'owning' all of the different cover art.
I'm really holding out hope for TPB extras too, like some sketchbook character designs and whatnot.

So the next Trio miniseries will be in 2013. Good to know, a friend of mine wanted to know so I'll inform him now.

Arc, JB said the lineup is subject to change, but for now it looks like the next Trio miniseries won't happen until 2014.
