Not sure how many my LCS ordered of Trio #1... I saw 2 of the standard covers on the rack and two copies (one varient cover) in my pull-box as of yesterday afternoon.

After keep asking if they had Trio # 1 for more than 20 minutes, the clerk asked me if I wanted one and if I would prefer that Trio 1 were delivered in a more discreet way: "If you want I can give it to you in a black bag".

What's wrong with this guys?

That story makes no sense.

Nathan: The comic was not on display and I was asking about Trio #1. No one knew nothing about it. After 20 minutes, one of the clerks asked me if I really was looking for it. After I told him that I was serious about it he told me to wait for him at the counter. Then he told me that he could give me the comic in a very discreet way "inside a black bag" as if I was buying some kind of embarrasing material and I was afraid that someone else could look what I was buying.

I DO believe it happened... I just don't understand WHY they would act that way?? It doesn't make sense to me. You weren't buying an "mature readers" book. You're at a comic book store... they understand what the product is. TRIO is an all-ages book. What's the embarrassing part??

I guess I would have asked, "Why do I need a black bag"?

Nice TRIO review on Comic Vine...

...the reviewer encourages comic book fans to check out the book!

Nice TRIO review on Comic Vine...

I'm glad the reviewer is encouraging people to read the book, but a couple
of the things he says makes me feel as if we read two different comic
books!

That review would have been considered "FRESH" on RottenTomatoes... so I viewed it as a good thing :)
