What an amazing piece...you never cease to amaze JB. I have no idea how you don't get "lost" in the picture with having some many characters...everything blends in so well...

Congrats Nathan.

Ah, I see where I went wrong with the "Jim White" character, and the character's "real" identity makes Sally's questioning look at him all the more tragi-comic. Poor Sally...

The Wizard was apparently the character I was unable to identify with all of my multiple guesses. I'm just not used to seeing him prior to his costumed identity, I suppose.

"King of the Lava Men!" Of course! I should have gotten that! I won that issue of the Avengers in an in-store auction years and years ago...! Thanks, Greg!

Also, it seems as if in my rush through the crowd, I identified Perry White, but neglected to include him in my list. There's always that one last detail that gets overlooked... sigh...

Nathan, an excellent idea for a commission! Thanks to both you and JB for allowing us all to benefit from it!

Brilliant. Sorry, I can't seem to find better words for this!

Nathan, that's an interesting (and selfless!) idea you had, there!

WOW! Wonderful piece! I'm particularly fond of The Thing and Iron Man in there.

As far as the work that went into ths is concerned, I think this is the best piece that I have ever seen. I couldn't even begin to grasp how to sketch out an idea like this with such grandeur.

The scope of this work is simply amazing. Nathan, you are a lucky man!

That is one of the most joyous pieces of comic art I've ever seen. It almost brings a tear to my eye. Thank you JB.

PS. Love Namor's look at Aquaman!

---

I read it as Namor being jealous of Aquaman getting Lori!

This commission, like Nathan's previous one, is such a smart idea because it focuses on John Byrne himself.

Nathan, from one Fan of John Byrne to another, thanks!

I didn't notice if anyone identified the mysterious finger. I would venture that it belongs to Titano, the Super Ape.

My intention was Namor showing his contempt for this brace of wanna-be's -- but that works too. After all, Lori Lemaris is my favorite of all of Superman's "lost loves".
