Maybe THAT's how all of the bad Byrne stories got started!  The irony!

I wonder if in X-Men Forever Chris Claremont will roll out his original plans for Gambit and Mister Sinister now that he has the chance.

Did he ever mention what those original plans were?

It's sort of amusing -- this afternoon I pulled out my last few issues (in the ESSENTIALS) and skimmed over them. There's even more stuff there than I remembered, in terms of storylines I set up that got turned sideways or inside out.

It's most peculiar to feel this part of my brain working again!

Arc,

Here's a link to an interview with Chris Claremont on his plans:

JB seeing how fast you create stories about these X-Men Evermore, have you thought the same about other books or storylines you were before?, something like the Fastastic Four Forever, or Superman Forever or why not Incredible Hulk forever, it was sad to see you leaving the book so early, and Al Milgrom did his best but he's no JB

Mostly annoying, since I have all this stuff now, and nowhere to put it!

It happens with just about anything I think of. I am (pretentiousness alert!) a storyteller, and thus it is my nature to come up with stories.

This is one of those times I had enough disposable income to just commission an X-Men Evermore for myself!
