I did some rearranging last night and I'm so excited about the way it turned out I had to share!
Here are all six of my Byrne commissions together!

....and here's the view from my recliner where I sit and read most of my comics!
Notice there is plenty of room for more framed commissions off to the right!

Joe, Brad, thanx ! Brad, no problem when you're in Paris, it could be fun.
Joe, I like your rearranging better. Have you ever consider having one vertical first (X-men), then the four horizontal on the same line, and closed by the other vertical (Spider-man) ? David

David,
That would work of course, but the open space encourages me to want more!!!

I think the actual disposition will encourage you more. Well, it's not a bad thing anyway. ; )

Joe my suggestion would be to hang the four landscaped New Gods pieces to the left with the cover redo's in the middle. You should have space for TWO more vertical pieces and FOUR more landscaped commissions!

Thanks for the tip about the frames Clint. With the 15% off coupon along with the 50% off sale that Michael's was already having in store (unbeknownst to me), I paid $40.56 or so for two beautiful 18" x 24" frames. I also found out by the guy who helped me out that I can save on the $38 that they would charge me for double matting each piece I'm planning to display by going to one of two smaller art shops in the area. He told me that I could expect to pay about $20-$25 a pop for the double matting.

David, I share your love for She-Hulk. I was thinking about other ideas for JB She-Hulk commissions and I thought a reimagining of Savage She-Hulk #1 would be awesome. Then, I was browsing the gallery and saw that he had done one for you, already! My heart was broken! I suppose I could still get one, but I'm extremely jealous! If I decide to eventually do that, I'll request that it's somehow different so we both still have one-of-a-kind pieces. :)

Hi Stephen, I really can understand what you feel, i had the same on one or two commissions. If you want to go for another SS-H 1, go, but i think that you won't be satisfied with it, cause the idea has already been done. Instead, you could still go for just a Savage She-Hulk commission, or even cooler, the cover of the SS-H 2
LINK or 3 LINK wich are both more visuals. Imagine for a second what JB can do with it !! Anyway, if you're still looking for ideas about She-Hulk, i'd be glad to give yo some by mail ! ; ) (edited to fix links)

Joe, growing up, I painted my room that same color. I think it was called Sour Apple.
I did have a few long boxes, but most of the wall decorations were Farrah Fawcett, other pin-up girls, and Star Wars.

Thanks, David! I should have plenty of time to think about it, as it'll take me a while to build up the funds to commission more from JB. I still have to frame my She-Hulk and FF pages, too. One day, my She-Hulk wall will be everything I picture in my head. Joe, your stuff looks great, as well. And not only do we both have the Hulk stand-up, but we both have the Spider-Man Mr. Potato Head, too! Coincidence? Eh, probably.
