HEY GANG!
The video is up on YouTube! I give a special thanks to the board in the description to the video on the website. Thanks again, for all the help! I plan to make a couple more videos for each MMMS record!

I've retitled the thread, since I received many great replies for my request for photos. I figure we can use the thread to discuss Marvel's fan club, in general.
Edited to add: On that note, was anyone here ever a member of any of Marvel's fanclubs?

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I was a member of the unfortunately short-lived W.A.M. - Wild Agents of Marvel. In fact, I may still have the fan club kit around here somewhere, but I'm not sure where.

When did the MMMS come to an end? I didn't start regular reading of comics until the late 70's and I don't remember there being any ads for it by that time. Too bad, because it looks like something I would have loved to have been a part of.

I was a FOOM member back in the day.
Still have some of my Marvel Megos. (Cap, Falcon, Iron-Man, Spidey, Hulk, Thor, These were my 'Avengers". Fonzie -who was Rick Jones in this case, and the Klingon from the Star Trek line who was the Executioner (gave him a helmet and a sword ).
When I had all of my Megos, Marvel and DC always crossed over. It was a shared universe.(though I had a friend who kept all of his seperated by company)

Gerry, Thanks!
Brian, I almost forgot about W.A.M.! Wow!
Roger, I think the MMMS ended somewhere around 1967 or 1968, but I'm not sure. Anyone here know for certain?

Hugh, I used to substitute toys of one character for another character (like you did with the Fonz, as Rick Jones) all the time. Back in the day, when there wasn't any "Marvel Legends" to represent nearly every major (and minor) Marvel hero, I had to use a Cyclon from "Battlestar Galactica," and Princess Leia for Cyclops and Phoenix, respectively.

Matt, that was a blast! Thanks for putting that together.
Anybody know which borough Flo Steinberg was from? I can't quite place the accent. Brooklyn? The Bronx?

Say, Robert Bradley -- which character is depicted on the Slurpee cup in the second row, between the Silver Surfer and Spider-Man, in the first post of page 3 of this thread? It seems to be "Super-" someone, but it's no one I recognize.
