John please correct me if I am wrong, but as far as regular villains, I did not believe Iron Fist had any. Iron Fist fought many different heroes (for mistaken reasons) and foes, but none were really recurring. Some may have shown in a couple of early issues, like Khumbala Bey and Steel Serpent, but they were not always there to haunt Iron Fist. Now, The H'ylthri were the "sworn enemies of K'un-Lun", but they also did not appear much. Hope that helps! Best...
- Scott

Thanks Scott. It's great to see such dedication in one character and that we all have diverse tastes. It keeps JB busy and us entertained. As I say i'm rather ignorant of Iron Fist, is his power limited to one hand. He is a striking figure, a product of his era - I assume the 70's.

Wasn't Sabretooth (JB's original 'lean 'n mean' version) originally an opponent of Mr. Rand? I can recall a cover ("You're snowblind, hero!") which was (I think) Sabretooth's first appearance.

edited to add - Sorry to cut in there, I posted only to realise there was a question for JB. My goof.

I found a copy of that IRON FIST issue in the quarter bin a few years ago, believe it or not.  The cover looks like it was drenched in soup and then used as a diaper, but the pages are in pretty good shape.  And, more to the point, it's a great read.

Stuart, the Iron Fist is something that requires a degree of control - it is literally summoned.  Others who have wielded the Iron Fist (trying not to spoiler here) have been drawn manifesting the power in both hands, but I don't believe Daniel Rand, the true master of the Fist, has ever done it that way.

If I had cash to spare I would get me a Colossus vs. Juggernaut (or Gladiator) commission.  So if any of you buyers out there want to steal my idea I would love to see it happen ;)

It was only very recently that I learned that Al Milgrom drew the cover of AF#14 - I always assumed it was Cockrum, since he had done most of JB's IF covers, and it looked like his style.
