Seeing my name so casually listed alongside the others is still mind boggling. I mean, sure, here I sit in my undeniable geezerhood, my first published work dating back almost half a century, and yet I still feel very much like the new kid on the block.

Broke down and picked this up. I decided to get this one because it was the first version I had seen. Where it was from I can't even remember. I like it more than the no pants and original color versions that are great too.
Edited the slip of the finger... (then) to ease JB's pain.

Just discovered Eaglemoss has done a whole line of figures from the first ALIEN movie, so space or no space, had to get them. Also, a figure of Bishop from ALIENS, since I like the character.

Oddly enough, knew about those, but missed the figures. Anyone know if there’s an Ash?

Doesn’t look like they have got around to him yet. Looks like they have done the rest of the Nostromo crew but not him, although there are a few issues missing on their website.
Can’t find him on eBay either

On a different note regarding Eaglemoss. I completed a survey a few months ago, asking about Babylon 5.
A recent interview confirms that they approached Warner Bros. & they refused the licence. Warner’s are refusing all potential licences for any Babylong 5 product & have been for years now.
Disappointed does not even begin to cover my feelings on this.

Great Marvel figures, good art. The close-ups admittedly had me fooled as to being genuine (latter day) JB art, but a closer inspection of the "covers"/boxes that the figures come in make it pretty clear those aren't typical JB poses or compositions... the stances look much too stiff to be the real Byrne deal, nor is there any real pizzaz to the design or layouts.
But again, those figures look GREAT. I'll be scarfing them up at some point. They just look so... wholesome! They look like Marvel's true answer to the DC Super Powers line of the '80s, rather than those unsightly SECRET WARS figures...
