JB: "...Just deleted a post that contained speculation about what's coming...."
Some people just have to keep pushing things. I remember when you allowed a thread for fans who colored your work, particularly the commissions you did. You allowed us to post the colored versions in that thread, provided that such colored pictures stay in THAT thread, despite the fact you didn't like people coloring the commission art. I thought that was very cool that you would still allow the colored pictures to be posted. Yet, there always seem to be those that don't think the rules apply to them, or care about the rules, at all. So, they ruined it for others and got that thread closed. Sigh.
About today's page: It seems every time we visit with the Imperial Guard, I am fascinated with how you draw the alien technology. Very cool stuff!

My Shi’ar tech is, again, doing my best to echo Dave, while still being me.

Is there a particular reason that she says she needs Jean Grey, instead of saying she needs Professor X?
Just wondering.

I'm really looking forward to this Astra/Kitty story playing out. I think the important word for understanding is guesses... if one is guessing about something on the page or off. Maybe that could help others?
I always like seeing anything alien or set in the future that is imaginative, remembering how dull so many aliens could be in say old Superman or Legion of Super-Heroes where there was always headbands and capes on otherwise normal looking humans. Gil Kane was one of the first DC artists I think that got something going with interesting aliens for their Green Lantern Corps. Byrne aliens and tech are always top of the list for interesting and well designed while keeping any earlier elements intact so they never jar or seem out of place in either 'universe'.

Rebecca: "...I think the important word for understanding is guesses..."
This is semantics.
Synonym for "speculation": guesswork, guess.
Synonym for "guess": speculate
Rebecca: "... if one is guessing about something on the page or off. Maybe that could help others?..."
Off the page/site is one thing, but JB has asked not to do so here. That's his prerogative and why it's so hard for some people to understand or respect is mind-boggling. It seems the intent at this point, after he's plainly stated his problems with it repeatedly, is intentionally to antagonize him. There are other places on the internet where fans can speculate all they want.

A few weeks back, people had asked me why I had Rebecca on ignore. You’re getting one good example of why.

I wasn't the poster who had something removed here. I understood my guess about something (a few days back I responded to people wondering which Magneto was 'thuk'ed and said which I "leaned" toward it looking like) was a problem. I thought what helped me to understand this might help others; that's not wanting to cause problems but working toward avoiding them.
I was told not to do something here and I haven't. When told not to mention something in another thread I not only didn't but removed something that did (and another came in and did, but I can't do anything about that).
I thank you for the hospitality in the past, I can't complain. I'm pretty sure the point of an ignore feature is not for Brian Miller to continually make sure everyone knows who is on his, which is hardly ignoring at all.
