Hey, Brian. Don't go there. Your ass deserves better.

(Softer toilet paper, that is.)

Knut....I'm touched by your concern.

Thanks, brother.

Man, those drawrings look amateurish at best. Guess they go hand in hand with the script.

Anywho, the conversation between Zaki and Knut has been terrific and interesting.

It has. I am, however, bemused and, in no small part dismayed, that
Fawstin's shameless self-promotion in direct violation of this forum's
own rules has been allowed to spew its hateful bile over no less than
twelve pages.

I'm sorry, but the lack of action on this by the mods (when, for contrast, a
thread gets nuked overnight for becoming a little heated on the subject
of Alan Moore) invites an inference of tacit approval.

Sorry ...

Jim

Hell, I'd read it.  I could use the laughs.

9/11 and what is discussed, sorry, it contains no humor. I agree with you and Knut about the other things, thanks.

It's easy enough to avoid a topic if you no longer care to read up on it.  No need to make comments on how the mods do their jobs, let's just appreciate their efforts.

I agree.  9/11 isn't funny.  At all.

On the other hand, the idiotic notion of a pig-draped vigilante traipsing around the world clobbering terrorist "evil-doers" is extremely funny.  I mean, seriously, the character is called Pigman.  Pigman!  And even more funny, it's meant to be taken seriously!

Now that's comedy.

Jim makes a valid point, though......

Yes, but I can't choose to read the Alan Moore thread I mentioned
above, because it got nuked overnight when it didn't (at least up to the
point I last saw it) violate any of the forum rules.

This thread does. Regardless of how vile I find Fawstin's trolling
personally, it is clearly and repeatedly in violation of the board rules and I
merely expressed my utter mystification that the thread has made
twelve pages without attracting some attention from the
moderators.

Cheers

Jim

It might have attracted some attention, who knows?  JB and at least one mod have been fairly active while all this is going on, I'm sure it's all being handled according to plan!

Actually, Zaki, this is comedy, though inadvertent.

Here are the words of one Dr. Zakir Naik, president of the Islamic Research Foundation, an apparent Muslim expert on pigs and their feelings, :

‘The pig is the most shameless animal on the face of the earth. It is the only animal that invites its friends to have sex with its mate. It feels no jealousy. And among people who consume pork, the practice of wife swapping and other forms of promiscuous behavior is common.'

The pigotry, the pigotry.....
