Go to your room, young man, and do not come out until you have read those comics!

This thread is more fun than a trip to the comic store.

John Byrne, the Master of time travel,
brings me back to my 80's. I can't say
enough thanks you, Mister, you are the
best.

Like Brian, I think I will move to the Neal Adams issues (which I HAVE read) and then the Hidden Years issues (which I have NOT read, sorry).

Going to be a happy time coming

Seems my eye is telling me the S has a thicker line than the other letters, but the look is very tidy/pleasing.

I'm partial to Yellow on comicbook covers.
Perhaps on issue #2?

:)

For the love of man,  can’t he post anything without someone picking something wrong with it?
It was a quick thing for fun he said

Lars: Seems my eye is telling me the S has a thicker line than the other letters…

It does. I created my quick and dirty little piece using the Find Edges function in Photoshop. It seems all too often to have trouble with curves.

++++

James: For the love of man, can’t he post anything without someone picking something wrong with it?

Of course not! It's the InterNet!!

Dummying up that logo, and extending the fantasy that Marvel is going to publish this, it would be fun if the covers were done in the style of the early 80s, too!

Of course, I know there would be some fans who would have trouble grasping the idea that his is not a reprint, so that might strain their brains a bit too much!!

I don’t think there’s been a comic I’ve ever wanted to happen more than this. Yes, even more than Cold War. Everything just feels so RIGHT about it. Which god should I pray to to make this happen? Odin? Zeus? Pluto? Hela? Mephisto?

What is the order of operations for turning this into a continuing project? Is it as simple as someone from Marvel reaching out?
