Those are two of the cut pages from the first issue. I couldn’t imagine any other context in which they could be used, so I passed them along to Jim Warden.

I don’t know what “Coollines” is, tho, and I notice those images are lifted from this Forum.

Color me confusticated!

Coollines is an art buyer/seller that bought those two pages from Jim at the comic art convention in New Jersey last weekend.

Very nice pages, I’m looking forward to seeing all the other pages in print!

JB, will you be using the rectangular word balloons for Vision?

I see it's something different nowadays.

The rectangular balloons are, indeed, appropriate for the Vision of this vintage.

Excellent, thanks!
Any detail, no matter how small, that takes me back to that era is invaluable to me!

If this series gets picked up, it will be the first comic I buy "off the rack" since Dec. of 1980, and it will be just the way I left them!

Slight drift, but it seems a shame to see those pages go
from Jim to a re-seller, rather than a fan snapping them
straight up from Jim. Such is the free market though.

Edit: typo.

Dear Dog, I hope not. I'm sure there are lots of JBF members that want to keep them from being inked, myself included.

Absolutely!

I've been practicing my inking these past several months by inking the ELSEWHEN pages, but even if I owned these, I'd never dare touch the originals.
