 | Here are some pics of the Raven figurine. She is nice, but she doesn't have the Classic Perez look.

In 2 weeks, Donna Troy !!! But I don't know which characters will be the next ones ... |

Thanks for the photos, Richard. The cowl isn't shaped as well as it could be, which is disappointing. As you said, not the classic Perez design.

Still a nice sculpt mind you, but not quite as nice as it could be.

There is little of George's Raven in that sculpt -- even allowing for how

distinctive face is not in evidence at all.

Still, she fares better than Starfire!!!

 heroine in comics.

 | George's work, is the attention he has put into developing distinctive faces
 for the characters.

The real thing is a lot bluer than the preview pics.

 | Raven needs little improvements to really look like the Perez version :
add 2 Raven symbols on the cape buttons (after painting them in yellow)add 2 golden jewels on her ears add some black on the top of her face (the top of her face is hidden by the cowl, she doesn't wear a mask) I have some pics of Donna Troy, with stars painted on her costume à la Captain Marvel (the Marvel one !) and she is nice ! |
