Easy enough to repaint, Paul, which is what I plan to do once I find a match
for the color. The costume lines are scribed, but they can be rubbed
smooth. That's what I did with Iceman to make Havok, and there was quite
a bit more to get rid of there.

Easy enough for you, John.  I'm not so confident regarding my skills at repainting.  The emblem looks finicky, at least, as is the mask.  Sure, if I can find the exact match of colour, and all I have to do is give him back his pants, that's easy enough.  If I had to repaint ALL the green, not so much.

Let me know if anyone figures the colour out and I'll give it a try.

(Who actually thought pantsing Green Lantern was an improvement, anyway?)

If you decide to repaint your Green Lantern, here's a tip to help prevent you from having to re-paint the emblem on his chest:

Use Silly Putty to mask off the emblem -- stick a piece over the emblem and use an X-Acto knife to trim it to fit so that it covers the emblem completely.  When you paint, you can paint right over the Silly Putty.  After the paint is dry, use an X-Acto knife again to score the paint around the edges of the Silly Putty, then peel it off carefully.  The emblem underneath should be fine.

I plan on spending some time mixing up just the right shade of green, so all
I have to do is add the "trunks", not repaint the whole torso.

What kind of paints do you use?   Any certain brand and any tips on using them that might be helpful?

I just use plain old Testors, same paints I used on my model airplanes when
I was a teen.

Not a Supergirl fan in any way, but I may pick that up.  If only to triple the amount of blue paint already on her.  And does she usually have a yellow border on her cape?  I don't recall that, but again, not a fan.

Also, why cover up the "S"?
