Do you get the sense that the Taskmaster sculpt at one time had a sword and someone along the line decided, "nah..."?
Marc, possibly because it's painfully generic?

Why, Why, Why, can't I love that Captain Marvel (Ms. Marvel) costume?!?!•• It has been my perception that female costumes rarely work well when the legs are covered, as male costumes rarely work well with bare legs. Exceptions to both, of course, but they are rare.

1st Taskmaster is much better. That empty hand on the newer edition just looks wrong.
