My biggest question is how they'll differ from the selection given us by Corgi & Hot Wheels over the past 5 years. All of those were under $10, so it might be hard to justify spending the money on the Eaglemoss ones, even with the nice dioramas. I know I want the Barris Futurama, and any of the Sprang era ones.
But if they're $100....
yikes.

Since I have the 1/18th scale Hot Wheels Batmobiles (TV series, original Tim Burton movie and BATMAN BEGINS) I have no real need to duplicate them in another or same scale, no matter what the cost. (The Batmobiles from the comics I also have, courtesy of Johnny Lightning.)As I said, my real and only interest would be if the make some of the Batmobiles from GENERATIONS. It still mystifies me that I handed DC an entire toy line (many of which could be made using existing molds) and they completely dropped the ball.

The DC line from Eaglemoss has been pretty expensive for the 'special' sizes, so I'd imagine these would be in excess of $50. Especially if they have a Batman figure on the base as well. Depends on the size, I guess. The Star Wars vehicle line wasn't too expensive, but the models were pretty small.

Hm. If the Bat-figures are the same size as the other Eaglemoss figurines, that would make the cars roughly 1/24th scale.

The website says 1:43 scale, so smaller than what we're used to. That should drive down prices, but with the figure and sculpted base, probably not.

I've used the die-cast 1960's TV Batmobile with my Eaglemoss Batman. It's the perfect size and looks great with the figurines. I'll post a better picture when I get home. I'll probably pick these up because they're cool.

So... next big fear is that the small scale can't live up to the nice paint jobs on the prototypes....
But yeah, even at $50, they'd have to be really nice and unique to replace my existing collection. Geez, I forgot that I still have to build my Johnny Lightning kits... Sad thing is that they let you see one of the magazines for the Burton Batmobile. The blueprints are kinda nifty. I'd almost like to just have the magazines- which is funny as I tend to not care abut them (or even like them) when I buy the figures.

I went online and "subscribed" (which I couldn't actually do, since I don't live in Britain) and it said the first issue was £2.99 for subscribers and the rest would come out at £7.99 each.
Isn't that around the same price as the regular Eaglemoss figures? I get mine for about 14 bucks a pop Canadian, which is double the price in pounds, so they'd be about 16 bucks each.
Where are you guys getting $50?

Just a guess on the price, assuming it was larger than it is plus a sculpted base and figure. I'm pretty surprised the price is so low.

I'll admit, the price was tough to find. Like I said, I had to click subscribe and then go through as if I actually was going to subscribe to read the details about how much it would cost.
You'd think the price would be in the FAQ or on the Order page!
