Just went to my other LCS and got Rhino and Hercules.

That Black Widow is perfect. I'm getting that one!

Hope to get the Iron Man too.

I can see where this is going..  Every time I see these figures I get a bit closer to buying one.. or two..  or three.  Leaning towards just getting some of my favorites or maybe just the Avengers....

This won't end well for me, lol

I don't really like the gun Natasha is holding (or that she is holding a gun, at that!) but that's the most I can argue about.
I just picked up Black Bolt and Elektro. They are the worst of the ones I have picked up so far, especially BB which is very badly painted. Not to mention he isn't wearing black clothes...
I fear the quality is dropping as we go on...

Had another 'shopping accident' last night.

There was a sale... honest!
It really is a cool figure. The chain just gives it that extra oomph.
It almost throws me back to the Howard Mackie stories of my youth.

Don't worry Garett... those shopping accidents never strike the same person twice... um yeah that's it.

I am glad to know EM will release Machine Man and Doc Samson, I just wonder which costume he will be wearing !

I was wondering if you people take a good closer look at your figurines before buying them. Every time I get one of them, I always look very closely at them to select "the best painted one" and every time the retailer look at me very strangely and tell me : "but they are all the same, does it really matter ?"

As far as I am concerned, it was really hard to find a "good" Wolverine or a "good" Captain America for example. Recently, I got Hawkeye and the 4 figurines I had in my hands were all looking great, so I had no trouble picking up one.

I don't follow you on this one JB, your design may not be "the classic" one, but I find it better :  I like the haircut with the tail and the leather touch.

It's hard to go wrong with Doc Samson. The original would be fine, and JB's
version would be great, but even the current redesign looks pretty good.

Gleefully picked up a few I'd been missing the other day:

Vulture - one of the best yet. A real big figure thanks to the wings.

Electro - not bad.

Dormannu - the fire head doesn't really work but I like the spikey boots

Super Skrull - a bit small and smiley and i wish they'd got some stretching in there but quite nice despite all that.

Need more room on my shelves before I buy the rest I've missed.
