Looks like You're having a great day today Ryan!

-Bill Roberge, earlier today in the New Art thread

*******************
Well, Bill, it just got even better!  Two unexpected gifts were given to me today.  This was waiting for me when I got home tonight.  My son has already tried to lay claim to it, but he will just get to borrow it now and again.

Courtesy of the aforementioned Mr. Roberge, I give you Guardian!

Many thanks for the surprise, Bill!!  And I'm glad the girls got to spend some time with him and get to know my favorite of all superheroes!

I love the people around here!

Steve, I purchased him at a local comic shop. It was made by ElectricTiki and featured him in his early 50's look as well as one his retro mid 30's look.

Cool.  Thanks for the info, John  I do like  what ElectricTiki has done.  I have a Dick Tracy and The Phantom statue from them.  They also have a awesome Doc Savage statue.

It is going to be a tough call with those Popeye's. They are really cool.

I really like the Popeye!  Great find, I think I'd go for the color with the original sailor suit. That is fun!

You knew I wouldn't wait long, right?

I haven't opened it yet, but at least they made Puck look short through the window.

And on the back...hope I don't have to wait long for these!

Puck is about a half a head shorter than the others.  I'm already reminded why I didn't last long buying Minimates.  Hair and feet don't stay on worth a damn.
