Do they all look...beat up...like that?  I kind of like the look for Cap.  Weathered, just out of battle.

I'm no Galactus fan, but that's a sweet Galactus!

For everyone who hated the previous Batgirl statue for being too goofy, this one is better. Though still have to stomach that costume redesign. More Jim Lee?

To some degree, they all have a "worn" look. Some more... some less...

Where does one find the new figures being released in that syroco line? I have looked with no luck.

Happy to see Cap!

I kind of dig this Swamp Thing. Not the Wrightson "sinewy" version, but more the John Totleben/Steve Bissette version.

Well, the (grey) Hulk showed up! He and the FF don't seem to be getting along...

That seems about right, Nathan. Hulk may be lonely now, but soon he'll have some Avengers buddies to keep him company...

As for me, I got a real happy surprise when my LCS got in the Big Bad Toy Store Exclusives for the G.I:JOE 7-packs of Slaughter's Marauders and the Dreadnoks. Not only did I get them, but because they came through Diamond (I guess the BBTS Exclusive rights end after a few months, even though they have stickers on them saying they're exclusive) I paid less than 3/4 what I would have had to pay for them, nevermind the cost involved with shipping from BBTS. Super deal for me, and 14 more Joes and villains for my burgeoning collection!

When E.T. came out I loved it so much that I saw it 7 times in one week. Of course I also had to buy the toy when it came out and just found it while unpacking a box. It's head can be positioned up or down and it still "talks" when you pull the cord ("Home!" "Elliott" "Ouch" " E.T! E.T! E.T!"). It also comes with a small immitation Speak and Spell and a small beer can. Classic!
