I realize Kirby sometimes drew the X-Men's school uniforms with "legs" on the trunks, but he was very inconsistent about it, and I personally much prefer the shorter versions.

Beast, Marvel Girl and Iceman look a little grim on those busts.
Slim Summers looks good, though, and a little stern attitude suits the flyboy
who was once called the Avenging Angel!

*** I was thinking the same thing. Those three would be a little more jovial I would think. I like them otherwise, but I think I'd pass because of the sourpuss looks.
