Until recently I had no idea that there was so much of it. It's all easily available in the UK, of course, but I've never seen any DW merchandise in comics shops. 

Still less did I know that people, even outside the UK, were assembling their own Dalek tanks and even "life-size" TARDIS boxes.

Only reason I don’t have a life size Dalek is the unmanageable footprint.

Eaglemoss (them again) have been releasing loads of Daleks as part of
their Doctor Who run.

It looks like there are a fair few special collections as part of that as
well.
