Just when we're getting to see a different side of Jahf ......

...also, good to see that Jahf is nice and healed....

Do we see a possible bond forming between Pablo and a super-powered alien?

Missed this link. That's a common but incorrect description of drowning. We don't drown because our lungs fill with water. We drown because our bodies, detecting no free oxygen around us, refuse to breathe, and we suffocate. THEN the water seeps in.

I missed yesterday's page... so I got a DOUBLE treat today!

That Jean is just friggin' no doubt about it GORGEOUS! In every soaked*, ragged, confused, scared inch of her.

And yet, Jean had presence of mind enough to salvage Colossus. THAT is a super hero!

Jean: "Xavier... you got some 'splainin' to do."
Charles: "But Jeaaan!"

I don't recall how much interaction there was between Logan and Jahf upon the latter's arrival back on Earth, but the prior encounter had Jahf knocking Wolverine INTO ORBIT. I'd think Logan would be damned protective of his charges... that seems his way.

The result might be that there ISN'T going to be a big fight. Of course, I suspect the smart money isn't betting that way... :)

Pablo and Jahf playing with action figures - delightful! And with the advanced technology of the Shi'ar Empire, it might be that Jahf has never seen toy soldiers!

Mr. Byrne,  you never fail to disappoint me, and this is no exception! Can't wait for the rest of this week!

* Just like Jim Aparo!

Its been a long time since I've read the original run, but did Wolverine's infatuation with Jean start before or after Jamaica Bay? Did he only have feelings for the Phoenix copy?
