I hope you remember. Sixteen years ago today, my husband and I got married in DC. Funny how it's been all that time and we still worry they're going to take it away from us. Thanks, SCOTUS, for the constant concern.
Anyway, you were certain our marriage would cause the water in your pool to turn to blood. I'm sure that it hasn't, of course, but kind of hoping that it had. Sadly, we've done little to destroy the institute of marriage for heterosexuals, though we try everyday.
Just want to add: 40 Years ago, I was graduating college and stumbled onto a copy of MAN OF STEEL #1. Since then, I've doggedly followed your career and will always be a fan. Thank you, thank you, thank you for so many hours of entertainment.
And if the pool goes red, I swear it wasn't us. I still love this crazy nut I've married and he puts up with my comics and statues. What could be better?
