Was painful to scroll past the first two. This type of "casting" really undermines the creator's vision.

Jay Baruchel? That's an odd one. He did live in Quebec growing up. SO that's something. 

I don't know if you could really do a passable Alpha Flight in the MCU. Whatever distinctiveness the team has/had would likely be neutered. Not that it's likely they'll get around to them any time soon.

My fear is that an Alpha Flight movie would basically be Doug and Bob as superheroes.
