Even 'Curse you!' is better than this:
I used to have a 'UK edition' Superman comic(an original story, produced, but not published, in the US).
At one point, it appears Luthor has destroyed Superman, with Lois watching helplessly.
Before Superman reappears, the distraught Lois runs over to Luthor, and, pounding on his torso,  tearfully exclaims:  "DARN you, Luthor!'
Gosh darn censorship to heck!

Stan Lee objected to Steve Englehart and Frank Brunner's Dr Strange meets God story, Sise-Neg: Genesis, and wanted them to publish a disclaimer that Sise-Neg wasn't really "the" God, just a god.  Englehart and Brunner felt this would have rendered the story meaningless, so Englehart sent in a hoax letter pretending to be a Texan reverend who approved of the story, and it was decided the disclaimer wasn't needed.
