I'm a bit surprised that they didn't also go with your Cap and Thor heads (especially since the Cap head had its own mileage at Marvel for many years as the Direct Sales corner box whenever Spider-Man wasn't used). But hey, you're in good company with Kirby!
I could see where maybe they wanted a more savage-looking Hulk so they went with a Sal Buscema head. I *think* that Spider-Man is a Kane/Romita. I can't place Doctor Strange, though. My gut says Romita, but I havn't seen him draw Doctor Strange enough to know for sure.
