When I was in X-ray school we had a patient come in the ER that had a
regular 16oz size can of Lysol stuck. The whole can. Never did find out how
it was removed. Guy had to have some kind of internal damage.

The worst one's i saw, and i don't think they were
American, was someone who squirted bulder's expanding foam
down his urethra thinking it would aid his erectile
dysfunction, and someone who inserted a phone charging
cable into his urethra and the whole thing ended up tangled
up in his bladder.
Also a Buzz Lighyear toy up their anus, and the wings
extended whilst inside...to infinity and beyond!

The fact that there's a need for this article - let alone there being one done every year for a dozen or close to it  - just adds fuel to my belief in the saying "Genius has limits, but stupidity knows no bounds."
