It just occurred to me that the only song I know
that's about actual superheroes (or in this case,
supervillains) is Paul McCartney's Magneto and
Titanium Man. I'm sure there must be others,
but I can't think of them. And I don't mean a song
where a superhero is mentioned, like Jim Croce's
You Don't Mess Around With Jim.

Does anyone have any examples?

The Fink Brothers did a single called ‘Mutants in Mega City One’.
Which I have on 7 inch picture disc - Brian Bolland image & all.

Now, that sounds really novelty, & it was. Until you realise that the Fink
Brothers were actually two members of Madness, one being the lead singer
Suggs.

There's a number, really, depending on how literal you mean. "That's really super,  Supergirl" by XTC, is one that comes to mind.

Though that focuses a little more on Superman's "pal" pining for Lois Lane.
