I hear that people are cancelling their Washington Post subscriptions over this. That is the LAST thing they should do. Ownership aside, the Post still has a quality staff determined to provide accurate news coverage in an era in which truth and accuracy are dying. That should be supported.
This decision came from Jeff Bezos alone. He could not care less if people cancel their Post subscriptions... the paper is already losing money. The appropriate action to get his attention would be to boycott Amazon and cancel your Amazon Prime membership.

Pro tip if any of you ever have to run a Nazi rally for your campaign:
Maybe don't offend millions and millions of people *during* early voting. You're gonna want to do your massively racist nonsense months or years *before* voting starts so people can forget. Hope that helps.

Is it actually POSSIBLE for Trumf to “offend” his supporters?I have seen no evidence of such.

There are apparently many former Trump voters who were offended by and thus abandoned him. And "many" means at least enough to google a variety of stories about why they dumped Trump. Seriously doubtful whether enough of those Trump-dumpers will make a difference.
Maybe nothing will...?

Favourite excuses from Trump supporters: Trump being Trump I don't know about that
There are so many clips of his supporters being given a scenario, thinking it was a Democrat and saying how bad it is, but on being told that it was actually Trump, just dismissing it.
The CNN clip from last week where Anderson Cooper said he was going to show a clip of Kamala Harris calling Trump a Nazi, but it was actually Trump calling her a Nazi was a classic example for me.
He just cannot offend his people. They cannot critical think about him, his actions, what he says, what he does. It is the cult of all cults.

In a week, this Nation is going to change, very much for the worse. Doesn’t matter who wins. The destructive force that is Trump will rage on. To the rest of the world, apologies in advance.

You know, the rhetoric going around for months now has been "you can't hate half the country, just because they support him", and Hillary Clinton got pilloried for referring to some of them as "basket of deplorable, but at this point, really, what else is there to think?

“ To the rest of the world, apologies in advance.”*************** From Canada, to all my American friends here, I wish you strength and patience in the days that follow the election as the mailed in votes are slowly counted. Last time, it wasn’t until the Saturday after the election that a winner could be decided, and the pundits predict this election will be the same. Emotions will be very high regardless of who wins.
I have been a news junkie for years, but I think if Trump wins I will finally have to do the big disconnect. I can’t stand the thought of spending another 4 years hearing about him doing something mean and/or stupid on a daily basis.
