Maybe you haven't seen a Toth Spider-Man before - but now you have!


I thought it might be a fun thread to see drawings of characters you don't normally associate with a given artist.

Interesting to note Toth applied Romita’s Rule to the web pattern on Spider-Man’s glove, but not his boot.

What a wonderful thing to imagine a Toth ASM run with that Spider-Man.

Toth could have nailed John Romita’s Peter Parker and Mary Jane.

I’m amazed some anal retentive never did a story about how Spidey’s
costume did that with the gloves/boots.

It's incredibly difficult to find rarities when it comes to JB, Walt Simonson and Alan Davis. Too prolific!

JB - have you ever drawn an Image character? I remember pin-ups for the TOPPS Kirbyverse (or a cover, or a trading card), but I don't think I've ever seen a JB Image "image".
