I confess, I had no idea he was still around.

This guy living to 100 is proof there is no God. He
needlessly prolonged the Vietnam War to get Nixon elected.
He also approved of secret bombings of Cambodia that led to
hundreds of thousands of deaths.

The (now) exhusband of one of my friends used to be a financial advisor to Kissinger, as a result of which she met him several times, even being seated next to him at some big posh dinner.

Tongue firmly in cheek, this morning I texted her “Condolences on the passing of your dear friend….”

She responded “So young”.

Anthony Bourdain, who was a good guy that brought joy to people, died relatively young losing a tough battle with his own inner demons.

Henry Kissinger died at 100 years old and I'd bet he slept like a baby every night.

That's life for you.

It makes me ill knowing that he won the Nobel Peace Prize (undeserved) and was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Hopefully he and Rush Limbaugh are showing each other their PMoF in Hell.
