I get the sense that, as noted, some folks just want something to grouse about.

People seem to be enjoying the utter failure of Heather Antos to inspire a boycott of ELSEWHEN—the book having sold out in preorders TWICE before she even got started.

But the internet being what it is, that’s not enough. Like a raging wildfire, the story has been leaping from branch to branch, warping and mutating until some now insist the success of ELSEWHEN is BECAUSE of Ms Antos’ “boycott“!

Maybe I should send her a box of chocolates?

Came upon a TikTok thread (not something that I normally follow) discussing the Claremont/Byrne run on UNCANNY and declaring it to be “old fashioned”.

A fifty year old series.

Do people even understand the words they use?
