That book was originally supposed to be X-Men/Legion, drawn by Dave Cockrum. Then Teen Titans became a surprise fan favorite and DC's top direct-market title, so it was changed and Dave dropped out....................................................

No one drew or draws Starfire like George. Most people fail to capture the innocence there was in that character, despite her warrior tendencies. George managed to effortlessly show both

This past weekend a memorial for George Pérez took place at MEGACON Orlando... still hard to believe he has passed.
Always loved this JLA art used as a promotional t-shirt for 2007's Pittsburgh ComicCon... what a gem -
