Hmmm, that upcoming Wolverine origin issue in the "Blood and Trenches" art style - those would be some mighty handsome originals...

••

True, but a bunch of those pages are already drawn. I can't see reworking them. A lot of effort for something that would not be as effective as if they had been drawn that way to begin with.

If I DO make this switch, it may be a while before you all get to see it.

I just took a look at some of those ABAT pages to refresh my memory.

Wow.

Seeing more art like that would be nice, though to my eyes it MIGHT suit COLD WAR even better than ELSEWHEN.

True. I suppose the X-Men require a sharper, more hard edged look. More "sci-fi".

I will need to ponder more on this.

Why am I taking such delight in seeing Arch-Angel frustrated by Nightcrawler's refusal to be slain?

ABAT was a book well-suited for the look you gave it. ELSEWHEN, I feel, needs a more traditional superhero look.

Whenever I type or read "ABAT," I hear Lou Costello's voice calling, "Hey, Abbott!"

I agree. Tho would be perfect for an Elsewhen time travel story back to the early 20th century.

Great page! Kurt can be so frustrating!

Yay, Nightcrawler! Delightful. No one portrays super heroes using their super powers better than you, JB.
